• Stairs Surcharge:

  A surcharge will apply to the bill for each level of stairs workers have to take during delivery/installation at locations without a lift.

• Pre Order Waiting Time:

  Pre-order items have an estimated waiting time of approximately 30 - 50 days from the purchase date.

• Additional Delivery Charges:

  Add on charges ranging from 20 SGD to 30 SGD will be collected for Sentosa (09), Tuas (63), Changi (81) locations.

• Outside Delivery Area (No Delivery):

  No delivery will be made to any island or remote location.
